I think I need a break from politics and comfort food is one answer. So is baking. Last night I made pumpkin bread. It felt good to do some baking.

But I do love it and haven’t had it for a while. This is the first 4 level episode I’ve seen that I’d actually go with the pro’s recipe. I’d like to combine the raspberries from level 2 with the oatmeal cookie, no-bake level 3.

Epicurious figures out how to make gourmet Almond Joy candies. I’m delighted as these are some of my favorite candies. I’d make them with dark chocolate so they’d be like Mounds with almonds.
