Sepia Saturday

Sepia Saturday 400 Header : 6 January 2018

This week I’ll dig around and share some family portraits I’ve found. First a couple of my family.

You may notice the funny glasses and the kids in what look like garbage bags. One of our traditions is to exchange gag gifts. This year we all got funny glow-in-the-dark glasses. All the kids got “Sauna Suits,” which were black plastic suits that make you sweat and possibly lose weight.

  1. Looks like a fun family event! I could use a Sauna Suit too.
It’s interesting to contrast your group’s arrangement with the formality of the earlier photos. I suspect carefully arranged photos are less common these days because there is no longer any limitation on the number of photos because of film or lighting.
