I saw this at an exhibition at Prince Gong’s Mansion in Beijing. They didn’t have any English signs so I don’t know who made it.

Jet Lag

The worst part of overseas travel for me is jet lag, doubt. It takes me a week to get over it after returning from China. Luckily, I don’t have to go to work or confirm to any specific schedule yet. I’m waking up at 2 or 3 am voraciously hungry. I manage to get through the day with afternoon naps so it’s not so bad.

I’m also using my time to catch up on TV shows via Hulu and keep up with reading Moby Dick, my book club selection. There are benefits to jet lag. Getting a lot done is a benefit  of jet lag and nocturnal life.
