Here’s a new meme: I Saw Sunday

One thing or a whole list! – Words or photos or both!

On of the most astounding things I saw this week was NBC’s
Today Show’s 2011 Retrospective. I’m sure other networks had the same sort of compilations. When you view all the events of 2011, it’s absolutely staggering.
I also saw Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. Oh, dear. If like me you’re more of a traditionalist, you won’t enjoy this mess of special effects. Even if you think well I’m open to a bit of artistic license, if you mainly enjoy Holmes’ mental acuity, you’ll be disappointed.
I started reading a wonderful opus: Dance to the Music of Time and am reveling in the glorious, masterful prose.
Finally, I was touched by this simple video a young man who recently died put together. It’s proof that you don’t need a fortune to make a remarkable video.
“Slow down and take the time to really see. Take a moment to see what is going on around you right now, right where you are. You may be missing something wonderful.”
